Terms, payment and delivery

Production dates

PrintMag company manufactures souvenir products in the shortest possible time. The duration of the order is determined by the type of product, volume and complexity of the individual design.

Standard production time: from 1 to 3 working days.

Individual or complex orders: from 3 to 7 business days.

Urgent production is possible by prior arrangement and subject to technical feasibility.

The exact production time is agreed with the client when placing the order.

Layout approval

Production does not begin until the layout is fully approved in written, electronic, or telephone format.

Changes to the layout or specifications after launch into production are not allowed.

Payment

For the convenience of customers, PrintMag offers several payment methods:

Non-cash transfer to a bank card/account.

Online payment after order confirmation by the manager.

100% payment is required for custom items and large batches.

The fact of payment confirms the client's agreement with the layout, technical specifications and terms of order fulfillment.

Refunds for individually manufactured goods are not provided in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

In case of customer refusal after production starts, the cost of the work is not refundable.

After placing an order, the client is provided with all necessary payment details.

Delivery

PrintMag company delivers throughout Ukraine.

"Nova Poshta", Ukr Poshta

Delivery to a branch or post office;

Standard delivery time: 1–3 days according to carrier rules.

The delivery cost is paid by the customer.

Packaging and warranties

All products undergo quality checks before shipment.

Products are packaged in accordance with the requirements for safe transportation.

In the event of damage during delivery, the customer may contact the carrier to resolve the issue according to their rules.

Responsibility

PrintMag is not responsible for delivery times and the integrity of the shipment after it is handed over to the carrier.

In the event of damage to the goods, the customer has the right to file a claim directly with the delivery service in accordance with its rules.

Additional provisions

The order is considered accepted after all parameters are agreed and payment is confirmed.

The company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of violation of payment terms, improper behavior, or provision of false information.

Within Ukraine by carriers Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Cost according to transport companies' tariffs.
